AIA International Global Mentorship Program session: Finding your Mountain with Leo MacLeod

The AIA International Global Mentorship Program kicked off on April 27 with Author Leo MacLeod speaking to the group on “Finding Your Mountain.”  The session was interactive and included a breakout session where mentors and mentees explored their 3-year career goals or Mountains. Thank you for your insightful guidance, Leo. This insightful program was full of questions we all must ask ourselves as we go forward toward the next steps in our careers, whether we are just starting out or well-established. It will serve our mentors and mentees well as they start to connect individually in the month of May.
