During the first quarter of 2023, AIA Hong Kong organized a series of events focused on sustainability, including those related to circular economy and a Conservation and Heritage tour of Hong Kong Golf course (see above). Additionally, two of AIA Hong Kong's members, Dr. Christine Bruckner FAIA and Ms. Vikki Lew AIA, both presented talks on sustainability at the AIA International Spring Conference 2023: Detail and Storytelling. Next, we are looking forward to Build4Asia 2023, which will be held on May 12. This year's conference promises to be one of the most exciting yet, with a range of keynote speakers from SOM, KPF and NBBJ, panel discussions and networking opportunities for architects and industry professionals. Our theme is Design a Decarbonized Future. Please save the date!
In addition to the conference, we will also be hosting a number of events and tours in the Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asia throughout the year, covering a range of topics on the Future of the City and the Environment. We will also be continuing our webinar series and we welcome everyone to join if you are interested!
