Henry Gunawan Tjhi founded HGT Architects in 2005 in Bandung, where the firm has completed a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and master planning. Emphasizing natural daylighting and ventilation, HGT Architects prioritizes designing for the tropical climate. The integration of initial design research and post-occupancy observations yields evidence of strategic design implementations that the firm continuously refines and expands upon. Additionally, since 2007, Tjhi has been actively involved in teaching design studios and lecturing at various universities in Indonesia and abroad. He also contributes to several design magazines, covering topics on influential architects such as Le Corbusier, Jose Oubrerie, Zaha Hadid, Juha, and Carlo Scarpa.

Manon Sora Koestoer is the Founder and Principal of Spatiality Studio Pte Ltd and has been a registered architect in the US since 2004. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 and received the NDTV award in 2013 for the Chaithanya Smaran Project in Bangalore, India.

Specializing in laboratories, life sciences, workspaces, and interior projects, Manon is an IFBA-certified bio-safety professional with over 20 years of professional experience in the United States and Singapore. His projects span laboratories, data centers, institutions, interior design, resorts, master planning, high-rises, and educational and research facilities.

Manon served on the AIA International Region Board of Directors as the Director for Unassigned Members in 2015-2016. He now serves as the Vice-President of the AIA Southeast Asia Section and Country Representative for Singapore.
