Calling all Mentors!
The AIA International Global Mentorship Program is looking for Mentors worldwide to pair with the excellent response we have received on the mentee side. The mentee registration has tripled since last year and we are very encouraged to be able to fill this desire for mentorship.
The program pairs mentees and seasoned mentors one-to-one across the world for a 9 month program to help mentees gain guidance from an experienced professional and build their knowledge of the international architecture industry. The program also features monthly large group sessions which can help start the conversations within your pairings, and galvanize the new relationship.
