Dubai - Connecting Design, Creating the Future
We are excited to say that the 2021 AIA ME and AIA Intl Conference in Dubai was a great success! With attendees from every corner of the globe, and our first in-person conference for quite a while, everyone was excited to see one another face-to-face and many long-lasting connections were made. The Expo theme of “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future” speaks to this with the added connection of Design.
An amazing group of speakers that were inspired by this theme was assembled for both the conference and the tours and we would like to thank them for their generosity in sharing their knowledge, their time, and their projects with us.
We were able to successfully bring the event to those online in parallel with live hybrid presentations, albeit with a few technical hiccups. Much of the conference will continue to be available on-demand at https://www.aiainternational.org/2021-annual-conference-program for those who were not able to attend, or for those who wish to watch it again!
We would like to thank AIA International for their strong support and guidance during the full process of the conference, from planning all the way through to the last day of the Abu Dhabi Tour.
