Founder, Caos Planejado
Anthony Ling is an architect and urbanist, founder of Caos Planejado, a non-profit online publication with the objective of disseminating valuable content on urbanism in an accessible language. Caos Planejado is produced by a network of volunteers who shares the belief that this project has the potential to transform Brazilian cities. He graduated as an Architect and Urban Planner at UFRGS (Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul), obtained an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business and worked with Isay Weinfeld, one of the most prominent Brazilian architects.
